Gangs
All gang-related issues should remain in-character at all times and not spill into any out-of-state platforms. Any issues against policies or regulations should be handled using the proper reporting process. For more information regarding gang policies, visit the Civilian R&Rs.
San Andreas is home to several gangs or organized groups throughout the state. While most gangs are known for the evil they may cause, not all are considered to be that way. You may find that some groups are known for helping old ladies cross the road safely. But beware, you may find that a gang operates an entire neighborhood or housing development.
Each group typically has a hierarchy, and most people join the group as prospects and slowly progress as they prove themselves to the leaders.
