To become an employee as a delivery driver, you must first go to the located at 243 Carcer Way and select the "Delivery Driver" job. You can head to begin work when you're employed.
When you arrive at the delivery port, marked with a white on the map. You will then head to the at the front door to start a job.
When you've started the job you will have been assigned to pick up your box truck with a found just near you at the 030C Post Op building.
Upon starting you will see a box truck spawn right in front of you in which you'll get into it and drive to the side of the building to begin loading the packages onto the box truck. When starting this step you'll be told how many you're to deliver.
Depending on the number of packages you were assigned to distribute you'll be assigned markers to go to for the delivery of the packages. When arriving at each customer you'll greet them and hand them the package by walking up to them.
Upon finishing the delivery you'll have to head back to 030C.
Upon return to 030C head to the marker where you started your shift to end your shift. Your Box truck should then despawn. Open the job menu and mark yourself off duty.
